This week on BoredWrestlingFan Radio, Joe praises the Sexy Star vs. Mariposa “No Mas” match on Lucha Underground as one of the most violent he’s seen in a long time. Then G joins the call and we talk about the random car in the crowd at the Barclays Center during New York Islanders games and try to figure out what the hell the point of it is. Then we talk a little about WWE Payback.

In the news, Enzo Amore left Payback with a concussion, which – while not good – is one of the better case scenarios from his accident at the PPV. Several WWE stars were given their release this past week, including Wade Barrett, who released a statement about it. Ryback went home, and Val Venis calls him “economically illiterate” after The Big Guy released a statement on his Tumblr about wrestler paydays. We get injury updates on Tamina, Randy Orton, and Lucha Underground’s Angelico. Tyler Breeze and Kevin Owens raise funds to help out the people displaced by the wildfires in Alberta.
