Welcome all to another edition of Random Randomness.  It’s been a long week with a lot going on here in JTland , so without further ado, lets get this show on the road:

1.  Superbowl XLIV is featuring the Indianapolis Colts vs. the New Orleans Saints.  The Colts are looking for their third Superbowl victory, while the saints are seeking their first.  This is also the Saints first trip to the Superbowl.  Who am I rooting for,  tune in next week and maybe I’ll tell you.

2.  Thank you to the Minnesota Vikings and the New Orleans Saints for giving us one of the best NFC championship games in years.

3.  RIP J.D. Salinger.

4.  For the fans of heavy music two new CD’s to add to your collection: Freya- All Hail The End & Fozzy- Chasing The Grail.

5.  Dule Hill did a great job hosting RAW this past week.  He was definitely the best of the actor category hosts and in my opinion the second best non-wrestler behind Bob Barker.  Anyone who can get me to watch a Divas match on DVR is doing a great job in my opinion.

6.  The reason I had to DVR RAW this week:

7.  Triple H says it’s his dream to headline Wrestlemania.  Um, hello?  You headlined Wrestlemania last year in one of the worst main event matches ever.

8.  Raw overall was a good program this week.  I didn’t feel like I wasted my time watching it this week.

9.  Starting March 1, iMPACT! will be moving to Monday nights and go head to head with RAW on a weekly basis.  Guess who won’t be tuning in.  I have both feet out the door and this will be me closing the door on them.  The only good thing about this is, one less night of programming for me to watch every week.  Unless iMPACT! does a complete 360, I will not be putting is on my DVR.

10.  And to top it all of WWE gave us Rey Mysterio vs. Shawn Michaels for the “first time ever” on free TV.  While I’m known as a Mysterio hater, I will give him credit that he can put on a great match at the go home show before the Royal Rumble ppv.

11.  One last thing, I’ll be watching the Royal Rumble, the first non-Wrestlemanis ppv for me in at least 2 years.

And on that note, that’s all I have for this week, thanks again for reading and see you all next time.  Don’t forget to come back later for our coverage of the 2010 Royal Rumble.
