By JT · · 4 CommentsGreetings from JTland, the place where beer flows freely and Guitar Hero rules (ah that would be the life). Here’s what I got for you all this week:
1. First, I want to congratulate the NFC Champion Arizona Cardinals for making it to their first ever Superbowl. I still totally can’t believe it, the Arizona Cardinals are in the Superbowl.
2. I also want to congratulate the AFC Champion Pittsburgh Steelers for making their 7th Superbowl appearance which is second only to the Dallas Cowboys who have 8 appearances. (Ironically the Cowboys and the Steelers have met 3 of those times in the which is the most between two teams in SB history.) If the Steelers win then they will have the most Superbowl victories of any NFL team in the history of the Superbowl with 6, thus making them the greatest Superbowl champion of all the times!
3. Barack Obama was Inaugurated this week and is now officially the President Of The United States! YAY!!!!!!!
4. I saw a preview for the remake of Friday the 13th this week and am all to excited to see it. I’m a really big fan of all the Friday the 13th movies, and I really hope that remake doesn’t suck.
5. CM Punk is the NEW IntercontinentalChampion. I’m down with it. In fact anytime Punk has gold around his waist, it’s a good thing.
6. Cryme Tyme pins Miz & Morrison in 2 minutes. WTF???
7. The Vince segment was way too long for me. Not that it was really bad, but at 11:15 PM I’m exhausted and want to go to bed. If you want to have really long segments at the end of RAW, change the time to 8-10 PM. I’d be all right with that.
8. Ricky Ortiz sucks. He sucks so bad that he has become fast forward material. I’m just sayin!
9. If the Boogeyman bites me, do I need to get rabies shots???
10. Morrison pins the Miz in the fatal four way on ECW. Wow! here’s the beginning of the breakup of World Wrestling Insanity’s Tag Team Of The Year.
11. Impact was the usual train-wreck of a program as usual, but I did eat some awesome homemade nachos during it.
12. Since when did Chavo become a gopher?
13. Undertaker vs Shelton Benjamin 2 was another awesome match. Methinks that Shelton will have some money in the bank after Wrestlemania 25. I’m just sayin.
14. Edge didn’t do it Jeff.
15. Wow, Smackdown was a really stacked program this week: Taker vs Benjamin, a no DQ match between Edge and Matt Hardy, RAW tag champs vs Smackdown tag champs, and to top it all off , Triple H gets pinned to end the show. AWESOME!
Well, I think I’m done for now, take care, see you all next week, and as always thank you for reading!

1 & 2: I'm going to hate myself for this, because the Steelers are tied with my 49ers and the Cowboys for most Super Bowl wins, but GO STEELERS!
3: My friend Scott from allwnyradio.com was there. Lucky bastard.
4: I'm so tired of remakes – and these are the same people that remade Texas Chainsaw Massacre. Apparently, "creativity" is a taboo word in Hollywood these days.
7: I completely agree with you. I'd be all for a RAW move to 8PM – mostly because I work at 11 and have to leave my house at 10:30.
8: Even I can't justify the guy's role on the roster right now, and I was the one person who was defending Ortiz when everybody else said he sucks not too long ago.
13: I was just reading last month's WWE Magazine (I haven't bought this month's yet), and there's an interview with Shelton, who says that the one guy he'd never faced who he thought he could have a good match with was The Undertaker. Well, now that we've seen them go twice, we know he was right. I'd like to see a rivalry brew between the two of them through Royal Rumble and possibly into No Way Out, if not all the way through 'Mania. I don't really think they're ready to give him MiTB just quite yet though.
Thanks again, JT, for another great edition of Random Randomness!

3. Hurrah!!! I actually got to show it during my 3rd period class, as it's a speech class, and I could totally justify it. Quite a fine speech, if I were grading it.
4. I've had it with remakes. Once the remake of the first "Karate Kid" movie was announced, with Will Smith's oldest son playing the title role, Hollywood has been deader to me than Deady McDeadton from Deadville, USA.
5. Absolutely agreed! I loves me some CM Punk, and gold on him makes everything better.
6. and 10. Sheesh. No good tag team is allowed to exist anywhere for extended periods of time, are they? And I say that having had zero interest in them when they were first paired up. I was still bitter about MNM scattering to the winds.
8. See the idea formulated betwixt myself and SABUISGOD. It would make him suck much less, I'm sure.
11. Nachos rule!
