Impact taped two episodes on the road in Huntsville, Alabama, this week. Tonight we will be watching the wrestlers perform outside of the Impact Zone, which should make for a hot crowd… one not as jaded, ignorant, or just those who like to chant nonsense to hear themselves. If nothing else, at least I can say I made one positive observation… let’s get to it, shall we?

It is with deep sadness that I report that professional wrestling has lost another one of it’s superstars. Sometime last night, Chris “Kanyon” Klucsaritis passed away of an apparent suicide. While most of us remember his work as Kanyon in both WCW and the WWE, it was through his “Mortis” character that I became a true fan of Klucsaritis’ work. We here at boredwrestlingfan.com would like to send our condolences to Chris’s friends and family.

One last time, answer me the question – “Who Betta Than Kanyon?!?”

We here at BoredWrestlingFan.com are saddened to hear of the passing of Captain Lou Albano.

Lou’s feud with Cindy Lauper was a huge part of the growth of the World Wrestling Federation into a global organization in the early 1980’s, and over his career he’s managed over 50 wrestlers, two dozen of whom won championships.

We’d like to send our condolences to the family, friends, and fellow fans of Captain Lou’s.  He’s a legend who will truly be missed.

Andrew “Test” Martin has passed away as of yesterday, March 13, 2009 at the age of 33.  Apparently it was first mentioned on Tammy “Sunny” Sytch’s Facebook page, and later on I personally saw it on Brian “The Blue Meanie” Heffron’s MySpace status.  We’d like to send our condolences out to Test’s friends and family.

UPDATE: The Blue Meanie updated his MySpace status to include a link to a Pro Wrestling Insider report:  http://www.pwinsider.com/ViewArticle.php?id=37176&p=1

BoredWrestlingFan.com is saddened to hear of the passing of WWE Hall of Famer, Walter “Killer” Kowalski.

Kowalski, who is a legend in the sport and has trained major names such as Chyna, Kaz, and of course, WWE Champion Triple H, passed away this morning after suffering a heart attack back on August 8th.  Kowalski refused to go quietly, as his vital signs remained strong even after he was taken off of life support twelve days ago.

Kowalski was an inductee of the WWE Hall of Fame (Class of 1996), the Professional Wrestling Hall of Fame (class of 2003), and the National Polish-American Sports Hall of Fame (Class of 2007).

BoredWrestlingFan.com would like to offer our condolences to the Kowalski family and friends.
