    Ah, No Mercy…

We started late.  We ended early.  That can only mean one thing – Jorge wasn’t here.  G tries to avoid drowning in the flooded mess that is Calgary and JT’s personalities fight each other while Joe laments the drowning of his phone in his swimming pool yesterday.  That Damn Double C gives us some good listening material in the form of a Sexual Harassment Education video.  Mick Foley appears on The Daily Show.  RAW wows us, even if Christian underwhelms Joe.  Main Event is main-eventy, and SmackDown gets the depressed G treatment.

In the news, we get reactions to Rob Van Dam’s WWE return at Money In The Bank.  We assess Sheamus’ ability to make metaphors.  We ponder what Matt Hardy’s latest internet video means (besides a half-naked Reby Sky), and we find out how much money Jack Swagger will lose in fines over his recent marijuana arrest.  Where have we heard Triple H and The Undertaker’s theme songs lately?  We get HBK’s thoughts on the potential to revive tag team wrestling (courtesy of Ministry of Slam).  All this, plus Iron Sheik Tweets and the all new segment, “Stump JT.”

    Tune in!

Big E, Big E, Big E, can’t you see, sometimes your fists accidentally hit me?

Fandangoing spills over into BWF Radio, as our own ThinkSoJoE was in the crowd at the IZOD Center this past Monday.  Joe, along with JT, G, and Jorge discuss the poor quality of this year’s WrestleMania, leading Joe to make an interesting offer to World Wrestling Entertainment, Inc.  It’s explained why Mike Chioda got the first chant during the Sheamus/Orton match on RAW.  We ponder who was controlling the temperature on Thursday’s IMPACT, and do away with Sign Guy during the reading of G’s SmackDown review, for some reason.  Rick is still very much alive and well, as far as we know.  Iron Sheik tweets are handled by JT, and we find out why Rock, Brock, and Punk were all missing from RAW in the news.  Plus, for episode 69, That Damn Double C brings us some Bloodhound Gang in our musical break.   All this and MUCH more, on BWF Radio!

Ain’t nobody got time for that!

This week, Joe, JT, and G are joined by Joe’s cousin Steve, as Jorge takes the day off to joyride in his friend’s Dad’s Ferrari and enjoy the sights of Chicago, with hilarious results.  Or he’s actually sick.  One of the two.  Anyways, Joe reads from the book of Bored, reciting passages from RYTMAN’s RAW review and G’s SmackDown shenanigans.  JT and G bust dope rhymes, and Steve shakes his head at all of this.  We learn that Scott Hall has reached his goal of $80,000 for his hip replacement surgery, which will take place April 9th.  We find out who the participants returning for TNA’s “10” and “Knockouts Knockdown” Pay Per View events are.  That Damn Double C tries to trick Joe into reading lyrics from “Africa” by Toto again.  We discuss the new rules of the X-Division.  We lament the price increase for WrestleMania to $69.99 for HD.  Chris Masters uproots a tree with his bare hands and saves his mother’s life.  All this, and much more, on BWF Radio 67!

You’re as cold as ice. You’re willing to sacrifice our love…

In what they’re calling the “Super Mario” edition of the show, Joe, JT, Jorge, and G discuss the week in pro wrestling.  We talk wrestling television of course, celebrate Bully Ray’s title victory at LockDown, appreciate Punk’s heeldom, and debate on whether the Highlight Reel was the worst segment in WWE history or not.  We catch That Damn Double C being WRONG about this week’s WWE trivia, and have to research the actual answer online.  We also catch him trying to sneak in the lyrics to Toto’s “Africa.”  That sneaky Aussie bastard.  In the news, we talk about health insurance for wrestlers as Daffney’s lawsuit with TNA has come to an end. We get updates on Jake Roberts from DDP’s Accountability Crib.  We find out which Divas has been contacted for a WWE return, and find out that TNA has been rejected by every single former knockout they reached out to for one of their one night only PPVs.  All this, and much, much more on BWF Radio 66!

Bray’s facial expression seems to say, “I’m related to this fuckwad?”

Jorge takes the week off, and things go so smoothly that the show ends slightly early for once.  Joe, JT, and G discuss the week in professional wrestling television, play a song in honor of BoredHockeyFan.com’s That Damn Double C, and we discuss this week’s wrestling news, including an in-depth investigation of the state of Hart Legacy Wrestling.  We talk about the great Hall of Fame class that WWE is presenting at MSG this year.  And of course, we pay our respects to the late, great Curt Hennig, who passed away 10 years ago today.

Thinksojoe here, still a little under the weather.  As such, I’ve decided to give myself a much needed night off.  I will post quick RAW results later on, but the usual detailed hilarity will return with G’s SmackDown review on Friday.

In conclusion, happy new year from myself, G, JT, Jorge, Rytman, Drowgoddess, PintNoir, That Damn Double C, and all the rest of the crew here at Bored Wrestling Fan!

Another week, another episode of BoredWrestlingFan Radio, as we inch ever closer to our one year anniversary!  This week, Joe, G, and JT are joined by Brian from the Buffalo, NY based band Scarlet Embrace.  We go through our thoughts on Bound For Glory, RAW, Main Event, Impact, and SmackDown, then peruse through this week’s news.  Who really leaked Hulk Hogan’s sex tape, brother?  Why did the Rolling Stones pick WWE to produce and promote their concert PPV?  Will we ever see Chris Jericho again?  What would be the ideal way to handle Ryback vs. CM Punk at Hell in a Cell?  All this and much, much more, on BWF Radio!
