BWF it’s your birthday! Happy birthday BWF! Yes, six years ago I started BoredWrestlingFan.com as a site for fans, by fans, and I’ve gotten to do some cool stuff over the years because of it. Not make any money, mind you, but I got to meet guys like Johnny Gargano and Gregory Iron, get threatened by the late Matt Borne, and talk yoga with Diamond Dallas Page. I’ve also been stuck doing this RAW review. Oh well, let’s go.
30 minutes home, the rest here, blah blah blah just click the link.

This week on BWF Radio, the crew are joined by indy star “The Handicapped Hero” Gregory Iron, who talks about his start in professional wrestling, being inspired by Zack Gowen, his friendship with Johnny Gargano, and the infamous moment in Chicago with CM Punk and Colt Cabana. We get into Gregory’s wrestling DVD collection and talk about the benefits of owning physical copies over digital media such as the WWE Network. In the news, we talk Phil Brooks on Talking Dead, learn why G is now calling the Andre The Giant Memorial Battle Royal the “ARMBAR,” and learn about a surprising substance now banned by the WWE. Brooke Tessmacher returns to social media, and Le’d Tapa leaves TNA. We learn the value of stock held by higher up members of the WWE. All this, and much, much more.
Long week, and kind of a sad one. But no need to divulge in that crap, since Smackdown is on… and frankly, I’m tired and thereby, lazy. So grab some industrial sized springs, yeah those ones with the sharp ends. Jam them into the soles of your feet and proceed to turn them into your foot until they come out of the top because it’s hopping time!
He’s the Bee’s Knees. He’s the Cat’s Pajamas. He’s The Whole Shebang, Johnny Gargano. The current Dragon Gate USA Open The Freedom Gate Champion joins BoredWrestlingFan’s ThinkSoJoE and Justin Ruff to talk about his career. Johnny talks about his thoughts on Vince McMahon, the independent wrestling scene, what he would like to do for a living if it were possible, Daniel Bryan, Gregory Iron, Brodus Clay, and a whole lot more in this 41 minute interview.
That’s right folks, we’re back! Justin Ruff joins ThinkSoJoE and G as they discuss the week in this wacky world of sports entertainment. The trio discuss what they feel could have been the best RAW in quite a while, the continuing rise and decline of the TNA product, whether or not SmackDown continued the momentum of RAW. A five minute highlight package of BWF’s interview with Johnny Gargano that will be available tomorrow at noon is played, then the hosts talk about the news and rumors that have popped up throughout the week.
And a reminder, kids, to not try this pro wrestling stuff at home.
I don’t do awards shows, so you’ll have to forgive me for the lack of Raw coverage. Instead, I bring you the following Christmas list:
John Laryngitis-an off-screen role (ONLY)
John Cena-intensity
Alberto Del Rio-a promo that does not use the word “destiny”
WWE Creative Team-creativity
Divas-real women wrestlers and more than two minutes for matches (must be both; don’t do one or the other)
Dolph Ziggler-a main event push
Goldust-likability on Twitter
Jack Swagger-a role where he never has to talk and where he is pushed like a monster
Rey Jr.-new knees
Sin Cara-a new guy behind the mask
Hunico-a gimmick not currently being used by Impact’s Hernandez
Jim Ross-never to be humiliated in Oklahoma on TV again
Kevin Nash-relevance
Mick Foley-see Kevin Nash
Hogan & Bischoff-a repeat of Bash at the Beach where he’s given his walking papers
Impact-stop pushing the old guys at the expense of the new generation & a product that I consider watchable
All Night Xpress-a tag title run
Kyle O’Reilly, Tommaso Ciampa, Caprice Coleman, El Generico, Grizzly Redwood, Willie Mack-pushes to the moon
Matt Palmer, ACH, Athena-a chance on a national stage
Gregory Iron-a shot in the WWE; there are so many stories to be told there; unlike Eugene, you could have a bonifide handicap wrestler that the WWE fans would genuinely go for
Ring of Honor-a show in Dallas… please
Sara Del Rey, Cherry Bomb, Eric Ryan, Rickey Shane Page, Façade, Marion Fontaine, Tim Donst, Johnny Gargano, Aeroform, Portia Perez, Mad Man Pondo, Sugar Dunkerton-a match in the Dallas area
