This week on BoredWrestlingFan Radio, the guys try to sneak in as many wrestling theme song references as they can. Drowgoddess returns to recap and review the results from the G1 Climax Tournament in NJPW. Joe Russo and JT Hogan debate whether it’s “Bro” or “Brother.” We ponder what Michelob Ultra beer is superior than (with very little results). And of course we touch briefly on televised wrestling in the United States.

In the news, ESPN is expanding their coverage of professional wrestling (Editor’s Note: probably at the expense of it’s already minimal hockey coverage). Hulu discontinues it’s free service and leaves fans of watching a shortened version of RAW on their platform needing to pay for the service if they want to continue watching. WWE trademark applications are rejected. Updates on injuries to Shelton Benjamin and Paige. Cruiserweight Classic news. Joey Styles released by WWE. Billy Corgan is the new President of TNA, Seth Rollins is banned from another music festival, and much, much more. Tune in!

His first wrestling memory was Hulk Hogan on Saturday Night’s Main Event talking about getting King Kong Bundy in a cage at WrestleMania 2. Sixteen years later, he met Hulk Hogan on the eve of WrestleMania X-8. On December 9, 2013, he legitimately won a Slammy Award (Best Crowd of the Year).
