Well it’s me again back with another edition of this very article for you reading enjoyment or something.  I hope you enjoyed some of what I did last week since I may be doing more of it in the future.  But it’s not about the past, it’s about the present, so lets get this show on the road:

1.  Buy the new Anthrax album “Worship Music” it’s awesome!

2.  Finally Mark Henry is the World’s Strongest Champion!  It’s weird, I feel like I heard that name for him before like on some show he was on in the past.  But anyway, he deserves it and a big congrats to him.  I wonder how long his reign will be?  Will he get a Kane like “thank you for your commitment” run of a few months or will he lose it next week at the Hell In A Cell ppv?

3.  That’s right there’s a ppv next weekend just two weeks after the last one.  How much longer before we have weekly ppv’s?

4.  WWE has announced that the WWE Network will be debuting in 2012.  From what I heard that WWE has over 100,000 hours of footage available for this.  I like this however I have some questions:  Will it be available on all cable networks? Will it be just added on or will we have to pay extra for it like HBO and Cinemax?

5.  So the Alberto Del Rio experiment has ended after just one month.  Way to go WWE for trying to create new stars.

6.  John Cena is now a 12 time Champion and barring any serious injury should go on and break Ric Flair’s record 16 time.  Well you know what, I’m actually ok with this because I’d rather see Cena do it than HHH.

7.  R-Truth and The Miz were fired last Monday.  Really?  Really?  Well they actually weren’t, it’s part of the storyline folks.

8.  Now there are officially two Sin Cara’s, now I double don’t care.

9.  Hulk Hogan’s Micro Championship Wrestling episode 2 was a little more watchable this week, but I still don’t recommend it.

10.  G’s DVR stopped recording Impact.  I think it’s trying to tell him something.

11.  I now have the ability to watch Ring of honor since last night it started airing on the My network or whatever it’s called now.  I haven’t watched it yet since I was at a wedding last night so I wont be talking about it this week, but I will be in future editions.

Well that’s all for this week. Thank you all for reading and see you all next time.

  1. 4. I'm thinking it will be an add-on channel. I might be willing the shell out for it, but it will come down to the cost, of course. I was wondering the same thing earlier today, actually. Considering how much they charge for PPV's and DVD's, I've got a bad feeling it's going to be expensive. But I guess wait and see, it's still a ways off.

    6. At the pace he's been going at, Cena looks to be a lock. I don't want to see anyone beat the record though.

    8. Just wait until we get a third!

    10. If it continues, I will be moving over to Smackdown.

    11. My programming schedule says that I get it too, but it airs very late tonight. I'm looking forward to rooting for Nana and the Embassy on a more regular basis. I'm also really interested in how the Steen angle is going to play out. I wonder who at the BWF is going to review it?

  2. 4. I do believe they're going to be offering it as a premium channel, a la HBO. However, I've also heard that they're toying with the idea of giving you the big four PPVs on the channel without having to pay extra for the events themselves, so it would definitely be worth whatever the monthly charge is if that's the case.

    6. clap clap clapclapclap SUPER CENA. I've said it before, I'll say it again. I'm a fan of John Cena the person, but I dislike John Cena the character, and I've flat out told Cena that directly on Twitter – it got me retweeted to Cena's 901K+ followers.

    10. Who cares about that show? I stopped watching in November and don't feel like I've missed much of anything.

    11. I forgot all about the show last night. I was jamming with some friends on some Nirvana tunes. I DVRed the second local showing of it earlier tonight and I'll watch it with my wife in the morning when I get home from work. I'm excited that I actually get to watch ROH, but I've seen the production values on the new show. ECW looked better at 2AM on Saturdays most of the time. Still, I'm sure that the wrestling will make me forget all about that (much like ECW did back in '94).

  3. 11. I just watched the first episode. It had the feel of the old ECW shows – solid action in the ring and a chance to get to know the wrestlers and more about the promotion in between. WGTT were awesome against Kings of Wrestling and I'm looking forward to El Generico vs. Jay Lethal next week.
