The founder of BoredWrestlingFan.com and it’s parent company, Fropac Entertainment, ThinkSoJoE has been a wrestling fan since he first saw WWF television in 1986 at the age of four. His first wrestling memory was Hulk Hogan on Saturday Night’s Main Event talking about getting King Kong Bundy in a cage at WrestleMania 2. Sixteen years later, he met Hulk Hogan on the eve of WrestleMania X-8. On December 9, 2013, he legitimately won a Slammy Award (Best Crowd of the Year). ThinkSoJoE currently hosts the weekly BWF Radio podcast.
This week on BWF Radio, Facebook loses our show notes, but we still manage to kill the entire first hour without even needing them. We talk about the week in pro wrestling, including Lucha Underground, NXT, and RAW, with a little of SmackDown thrown in as well. We pay tribute to the late, great Dusty […]
“I’ve wined and dined with Kings and Queens, and slept in an alley eatin’ pork an’ beans.” Virgil Runnels wasn’t exactly what you would call the prototypical professional wrestler of his era, but you don’t become a three-time NWA World Heavyweight Champion based on looks alone. While a solid worker in the ring, nobody could […]
This week on BoredWrestlingFan Radio, we celebrate 7 years of BoredWrestlingFan.com! Joe, G, JT, and Noyce discuss how they first joined the site, and Joe reads aloud the first BWF RAW review. Eventually we talk about the current product, including the first night of what many are dubbing the “Wednesday Night War.” We play another […]
This week on BoredWrestlingFan Radio, Joe, JT, Mark, and G actually talk about wrestling, working backward from SmackDown into Lucha Underground, NXT, and RAW. It was a heck of […]
This week on BWF Radio, we lose the first 15 minutes of the show due to technical difficulties – difficulties we fortunately realized were happening before former WCW manager Sonny Onoo called in to the show. This week on BoredWrestlingFan Radio, we discuss the fight between Floyd Mayweather and Manny Pacquiao, Marvel Comics TV shows and movies, and pretty much anything else that’s not wrestling related. When we do finally get around to talking about wrestling, we go backwards, starting with Lucha Underground (because n0body watches Impact or SmackDown), and working […]
This week on BWF Radio, Angelico quickly becomes the topic of conversation by way of his dive from the top of Dario Cueto’s office onto The Crew during the trios tournament on Lucha Underground this past Wednesday. The conversation drifts away from wrestling, as per usual, allowing Joe, JT, and G to talk about Batman […]
This week on BoredWrestlingFan Radio, Joe and G forego their wrestling themed responsibilities in favor of the NHL Playoffs, which they are both watching as the show goes on. JT is unable to secure Metallica’s “No Life ‘Til Leather” cassette on Record Store Day in the Syracuse Screwjob, and Mark struggles with geography thanks to […]
This week on BWF Radio, Cleveland Browns TE Gary Barnidge returns to the show to talk about his WrestleMania 31 experience, and the video that went viral earlier this year of a Turkish reporter asking to take a tackle at the recent American Football Without Barriers camp. After Gary takes off, we talk about RAW […]
