1. In all fairness, I reviewed both of The Underground and NXT: Full Sail Series (or whatever they call it). And I never promised to review all of these shows… but I decided to at least give a little love to the best internet-only web-series about wrestling. This project deserves more recognition. It’s like a video game (e.g. Mortal Kombat) meets independent wrestling in cinematic form (e.g. Bloodsport). Kayfabe… and this series looks to go long down the stretch. Awesomeness TV is your hook up, and if this description sounds cool to you, you have like a 141 2/3rd chance of winning. Brief descriptions and videos after the jump… let’s hop to it, shall we?

This is not a meme. The dude’s name is “Jobs.” Gamer rage is awesome!

  2. ThinkSoJoE note:  I’d like to take a moment to apologize to Justin Ruff, Danny Saint, and you, my fellow BoredWrestlingFans, for this interview not being posted at it’s scheduled time yesterday.  It’s no excuse, but this heatwave has been taking it’s toll on me, and I wound up sleeping, quite literally, all day yesterday.

MPX wrestling star Danny Saint joined BoredWrestlingFan’s Justin Ruff for an interview on Saturday.  In the 26 minute interview, Saint talks about what made him get started in the wrestling business, how he got his start, his preference between being a heel or a face, if he’s had that “I can retire now” moment, his current favorite wrestlers on the national scene, what he likes to do outside of the ring, and much more.

  3. We open up with CM Punk opening the show as Cole/King recap his match w/Daniel Bryan @ MiTB.

“This may sound a little strange coming from someone who’s straight edge, but… I LOVE LAS VEGAS!” – CM Punk

Punk takes us back to the “pipe bomb” promo of last year and talks about how a guy who looks/talks/acts like him would never have been on the first RAW, let alone champion for eight months. He plans on holding that title next week on the 1000th episode.

  6. Hey, it IS Friday the 13th, too.

Yes, it’s the “Go Home” show for Money in the Bank this Sunday on PPV. And the whole damn product revolves around one thing… not the laptop, nor the Smackdown GM getting his Christmas Wish granted with the ability to speak (even though he was over in December…. shh! We are supposed to forget that!).

BWF RADIO INVADED WONDERPOD TODAY! CHECK THIS OUT NOW! Wonderpod Episode 118 A challenge has been issued, Jabronis! iTunes, archive.org, article and stream.

Yes, one character seems to have taken over in a illogical way. No, not Double A (that’s the “good” product). We’re one year out from the “Summer of Punk II” shtick. Wow. This is not your Ten Year Old’s WWE. RIght Mr. Cena?

Oh yeah, remember that Zach Ryder guy? No? Me neither, but it appears he is the GM for Smackdown. Turns out the computer is more popular in the WWE’s opinion. YAWN. Oh well, here’s the magical picture part of the review and the “hopping” reference:

‘Nuff said, let’s hop to it, shall we?

  7. Watching TNA online is a wonderful way to bypass commericals and pause and play at your leisure but it also added the extra bonus of watching Impact during the supplemented commercial breaks. It was silent of course but enjoy the little things.

  8. We open w/a recap of last week’s main event, when AJ put the WWE heavyweight champion and his no.1 contender through a table. We get a bonus recap of the double make-out on Smackdown.

Live @ the Pepsi Center in Denver and we open with “the most controversial figure in the WWE today,” AJ in the ring.

    CROWD: YES! YES! YES!

AJ is “overwhelmed” and “very emotional” over the realization that her actions as special guest ref @ Money in The Bank in the WWE championship can “greatly affect the outcome.”

    SIDE NOTE: DUH

With that in mind, she asks us to welcome WWE champion CM Punk.

    Cue Punk.

  9. Yes!  Yes!  Yes!  BWF Radio has reached episode number 30!  We rundown this week in wrestling (including NXT!), discuss Destination X, and pontificate on Kenny King’s wrestling career from this point on.  Also – What does Ken Doane have to say about Tara?  What do Kenny King and ROH say about each other?  Who knew Armando Estrada was under contract to the WWE?  Who’s left TNA?  Did a 95 pound girl top this week’s Power Poll (hint:  YES!)?  Tune in this week and find out!

  10. After the recap, we jump right into Bully Ray shilling his new twitter account, @Realbully5150. He calls out Joseph Park and accepts his challenge for next week’s impact. All this will be a Anything Goes match except that Ray has a restraining order against Abyss who if he even shows up will be sent to rot in prison. Park is dumbfounded until he’s cheap shoted.

A Double and “H Double” discuss Aries giving up the belt at the end of the night. Which leads us right into a Destination X promo, which is embedded above.

Jason Hervey (Wonder Years for those in the know) attempts to interview Dixie Carter who is more than happy to talk about the New X-Division talent but not eager to talk about Claire Lynch. Talking of that new prospective X-Division talent err.. oh wait
