  1. Smackdown 02/01/13: For the IWC That Didn’t Commit Suicide On Sunday

OH NO! THE ROYAL RUMBLE WAS PREDICTABLE!!?!? THE FUCK?!?!? IT’S ALMOST AS IF THE WWE HAS BEEN BUILDING UP STORIES FOR OVER A YEAR?!?!?!? Seriously, if you can’t accept the outcome, I have to call you out as not having watched wrestling during the Hogan/Macho Man Rock and Roll Wrestling era of the WWF. Just because the IWC is up in arms and joining in the Culture of Outrage, doesn’t mean shit to the WWE. Most of you steal their PPV’s anyways. They are trying to tell a long story, and most of you shit on them for fast-tracking their story-telling. And then you get off on whining about it being predictable? WTF? Think about how awesome The Lord of the Rings would have been if Frodo failed? OF COURSE HE TAKES THE RING TO MORDOR AND DESTROYS IT. Fuck. And many of these are the same people who complain about Vince Russo swerving the story all the time. GET OVER IT.

I enjoyed the 2013 Royal Rumble. With that rant out of the way, let’s see what the “E” serves up for Smackdown this week. Now this is generally a show you can take a massive dump on… but perhaps not tonight? Only one way to find out. Go Go Gadget Hopping Shoes!

    Who gets buried… tonight?

Well, WWE sure went and “TNA’d” RAW this week, giving us a taste of what the future has in store starting July 23rd, officially marking the 1000th RAW and the start of 3 hours of programming (including overrun). I’m on the fence about what I thought of last week’s RAW in consideration of the programs that will continue on tonight’s rendition of Friday Night Smackdown.

And in all fairness, describing a the quality of a program by using “TNA” as an adjective is kind of offensive to the oddly superior program, Impact Wrestling, over the last couple of months. This includes two great PPV’s out of the Orlando promotion (that nobody ordered, and I can’t blame them).

How long will it be before we describe TNA as botching their show as “WWE’ing” it? Enough with the editorial. Let’s just hop to it, shall we?

I bite my lip so often when hearing people mark out for new revelations in computer technology, and the internet. And I'm not even THAT savvy. I suppose I'm an elitist prick... and with that folks, let's get smarky!

  4. iMPACT 02/17/11: Nut-shots for everyone!

It’s been an intense week in the world of wrestling. It seems pretty unlikely that TNA will be able to come close to topping The Rock’s return to the WWE, but they are coming off the heels of the Turning Point PPV that aired on Sunday. It was an interesting show (I think that’s a nice way to put it), that ended with the enigma Jeff Hardy recapturing his ugly Championship Title from Mr. Anderson… and the wait for March 3rd will likely continue to simmer… ok, enough of this introductory paragraph, let’s just get to the suffering, alright?

Hey hey! It’s the first iMPACT of 2011, and the go-home show before this Sunday’s Genesis PPV. The card looks ok, for the brand, and not too gimmicky either. I know, something doesn’t feel right in the space-time continuum… surely TNA can’t screw up this build, can they?

EMT just tea-bagged that guy on the stretcher…

Time to subjugate myself to witnessing and expressing the torture that is watching iMPACT…. it’s suffering time…

  6. Thoughts On Smackdown 10/31/08

    By JT

Hello again everyone, I’m back to give you my thoughts on this week’s edition of Smackdown.  Yeah, I know it’s Sunday, but going out Friday and Saturday nights causes me watch it on Sunday mornings.  So you wanna know I what thought?  You don’t, too bad I’m gonna tell you any way:

Undertaker vs. Chavo Guerrero in a Casket Match.  Really?????? For some reason I thought it was supposed to be Big Show, so when I heard Chavo’s name I said WTF????

Jim Ross dresssed as a sailor- LOL funny

Tazz dressed as a soldier- Cool

Miz & Morrison- put them on either ECW, RAW or Smackdown and keep them there.  I’m sick of seeing them every time I turn on WWE programming.

Some lame magic segment featuring Jessis and Festus.  Like I said, it was lame.

Jimmy Wang Yang won a match.  Yay!  So what if it was by DQ, a win is a win!

Kung Fu Naki is lame, nuff said.

Khali Kiss cam is even lamer.

Matt Hardy, Jeff Hardy & Rey Mysterio vs. Kane, Mark Henry & MVP- Good to see some Smackdown guys involved.  This match should be on the big 3 hour RAW tomorrow, not the Smackdown before, because god forbid you have a 6-man tag featuring all Smackdown guys.

Vladimir Kozlov  wants double double e title shot (which he does deserve).  Triple H comes out and makes this a US vs. Russia thing and than I stopped listening because I can’t stand Triple H. (pointless JT fact- Triple H kinda looks like my younger brother, except my younger brother is fat and lazy)

Some John Cena is coming back segment came on, I push the fast forward button on my remote.

    Divas match, fast forward button.

Undertaker wins the Casket match- Shocker  (Undertaker is awesome, nuff said)

Then we find out as the DVR cuts it off (damn DVR) that next week, it’ll be Vladimir Kozlov vs The Undertaker and if Kozlov wins, he gets a title shot.  Sounds good to me.

I know is may sound like I thought the show was horrible, but it wasn’t.  The wrestling part of the show was good.

Well that’s all for now, see you all soon and those in the United States, go out and vote on Tuesday!

  7. A crazy – yet awesome – iMPACT: 8/7/08

For the last several weeks, TNA iMPACT has been one of the most entertaining wrestling shows.  Last night’s iMPACT was a big one, and almost had a pay-per-view like feel to it, just three days before Hard Justice.  All of the matches for this Sunday’s PPV were showcased, some intertwining with each other, and there were a lot of crazy parts to the show, and some sick bumps being taken, including one that left the canvas soaked in the blood of Kurt Angle.
