You know, Ring of Honor really has to be excited – two of their top alumni are world champions, with CM Punk winning RAW’s top prize on Monday, and Samoa Joe being the TNA Champion for a while now. Having never seen a full ROH show myself, I still knew about Samoa Joe and CM […]
BWF Podcast 3 (Right Click, Save As) I feel a lot better this week, and as such, this Podcast is probably going to sound a little better than last week. I actually recorded it at 1:30 this morning to make sure that I would have it up on time this week. I discuss the past […]
I’ll be perfectly honest. I didn’t pay much attention at all to ECW last night, and there’s a good reason for that. The show that I’ve said on numerous occasions is consistently the best wrestling program of the week lost three of the guys who gave it that distinction, as they’ve moved on to bigger […]
It was bound to happen eventually, but I don’t think anybody expected it to happen last night. As I’m typing this, I’m looking over my shoulder because my girlfriend is standing directly behind me, hasn’t seen RAW yet, and doesn’t know what happened, so I don’t want to spoil it for her. She was with […]
This is not the official Monday Night RAW posting – that will come in the morning. I just wanted to throw up a quick post here in celebration of CM Punk cashing in Money In The Bank to bring the World Heavyweight Championship to RAW! Punk, taking advantage of a fallen Edge who was beaten […]
Well, for a while, folks on the World Wrestling Insanity message boards were calling me NostraJOEmas (or, NoJOEdamus if you prefer), because after 7 matches, I’d correctly predicted all 7, including Kofi Kingston taking the Intercontinental Championship from Chris Jericho. My fellow WWI posters were asking me for lottery numbers and the dates of their […]
What’s up guys? While I am ordering the PPV tonight, I’m not planning on doing live coverage – though if you’re looking for realtime coverage of Night of Champions, Aaron Wood at World Wrestling Insanity has got you covered! As far as BoredWrestlingFan.com is concerned, I’ll be around either sometime after the PPV tonight or […]
I’m awake tonight, and I’m not able to play my Xbox 360 (damned Red Ring of Death), so I’m going to do something unprecedented, at least for our site – a realtime report for the Friday Night show! SmackDown kicks off with a recap of the draft, followed by Vicki Guerrero saying she sincerely hopes […]
Well, at least this week, the announcers weren’t surprised when the episode title came true. In fact, after seeing “Karen’s Return” on the screen, Mike Tenay actually said that tonight, we’ll be seeing the return to the iMPACT Zone of Karen Angle. There was really nothing interesting to talk about with that story though, other […]
BWF Podcast 2 (Right click, save as) Well folks, despite being under the weather and pressed for time, I managed to record a Podcast on the night I promised to. Unfortunately, I didn’t have time to post it last night, so here it is, finally. A look at the WWE Draft and the McMahon sillyness […]
