1. In my first post I commented on how the current TNA regime containing Hogan & company could be put to pasture during Bound for Glory. This would be an excellent time to “reboot” the knockouts. Think of how with the big money succubi gone, the true workers could be brought back in.

The most important question would be ” how do you end the current story line’s populating the Knockout Division?”

  2. Hey hey! Turns out Alykat couldn’t make it tonight, and ThinkSoJoE has had a fun, but long week getting married and whatnot. And it turns out that I was at the right place at the right time to put up a RAW review for you fine people. I have to note in advance, I wasn’t planning on doing this and prepared to go live. Good thing the WWE was not either, as our opening segment was kind of screwed up. At the end of the article, I’ll post the latest Power Poll results which I’ve neglected due to Savage’s passing just making me sad.

  3. Well with then end of the world not happening or now not happening until October, I guess we are here for a few more months I guess. Well that’s not really a bad thing since we are still up and running to give you the best at what we do, what ever that may be.  So now without further ado, here’s what I do: (more…)

  4. Last week, wrestling mattered. Or so we were told. Did it? Are you sure? I’m not convinced. While I liked the facelift of the iMPACT zone… Then sadly, the next day we found out that Randy Savage had tragically passed away. He will be missed. I don’t know if iMPACT matters, but there is no doubt that to wrestling, Savage mattered. They taped this episode last week, so I am unsure if there will be much mention of the Madness’ legacy although he appeared there briefly in 2004. I’m more interested in tonight, to see if they do anything about that. (more…)

  5. I know what you’re thinking: Doth mine eyes deceive me?  Am I correctly seeing that the fair maiden, AlyKat, hath indeed written another compelling and entrancing review for Monday Night RAW?!  Your eyes do not deceive you, my dear friend, and I have indeed.  I have been working a lot of Monday nights in a row, but tonight I am not, thus I am back.

  6. I’ve always said that BoredWrestlingFan.com is a site created by wrestling fans for wrestling fans. That’s absolutely true. We’re not “insiders.” We don’t work for any wrestling organization. We are normal people with jobs just like all of you, and sometimes real life gets in the way of our ability to meet deadlines here on BWF. Hence why you haven’t seen a RAW or SmackDown review for the last couple of weeks. That’s also the explanation for this article, for you see, we decided at the last minute to throw together a roundtable discussion for the WWE Over The Limit 2011 Pay Per View event, and I was supposed to post it. The problem is, I was busy all weekend, and at the point that I was going to post it, crazy stuff happened that prevented me from doing so. That’s irrelevant, anyhow, so let’s get started!

  7. Earlier when the prospect of TNA revamping its product and becoming iMPACT Wrestling arose I had an epiphany. What could be more awesome than what was going through my mind in terms of the available talent. I’ve touched on Orlando Jordan, Eric Young and the X division. I admit I only glazed over the division  but a more in depth plan will be done later along with the world X cup.

  8. This was a very big step for MPX tonight. The crowd was packed. I felt like a lot of wrestlers really brought it. There is some great improvement, plus we had some nice debuts. They opened the night with a 10-bell salute for the Macho Man with all the wrestlers coming out and surrounding the ring. The best part was all the wrestlers holding Slim Jims up. Perfect tribute.

  9. After the events of friday, I decided not to do a regular Random Randomness.  I’m gonna keep this short and sweet.  I’m not gonna boast on how great Macho Man was because we all know how great he was.  I’m now gonna say how his match with Ricky Steamboat at Wrestlamania 3 was the greatest Wreatlamania match of all time because we all know it is.  I will say that he was one of the people next to my father (R.I.P.) who was a large part of me being a wrestling fan.  Maybe now Vince will get his head out of his ass and finally induct him into the WWE Hall of Fame.  But most of all I need to say is this:

THANK YOU “MACHO MAN” RANDY SAVAGE!  MAY YOU REST IN PEACE!

  10. This posting is in no way intended to distract from or disrespect postings concerning the recent death of “Macho Man” Randy Savage. It’s simply too important to ignore, and wrestling fans could use a bit of positive news. (more…)
