We’re at the final ECW of the year, and if rumors are to be believed we may be nearing one of the last ECW’s ever. We’ve got more ECW homecoming matches with Matt Hardy and Evan Bourne making their returns.

Why,  hello everybody.  I am actually getting Superstars done on the actual night Superstars airs.  No time like the present!

Match 1:  Ted DiBiase vs Evan Bourne

TD2 comes out and dedicates the match to Cody Rhodes.  Ted pounds on AirBourne at the start of the match.  Evan kicks DiBiase out of the ring and hits a high-flying move off the top rope to the outside.  Bourne goes to the well one too many times and DiBiase catches him and throws him into the barricade as Superstars goes to commercial.  Back from commercial, TD2 has Bourne in a headlock on the mat.  Ted continues to issue a beating on the much smaller Evan Bourne.  DiBiase lands a picture perfect dropkick…ala Randy Orton.  As Bourne fights back, DiBiase hits a clothesline that sends Bourne airborne into a flip…pun intended.  Evan Bourne keeps fighting and hits his usual offense and as he goes for a flying kick, DiBiase ducks and hits DreamStreet for the win.

Ted DiBiase needs to figure into the title picture at some point.  This guy is Randy Orton 2.0!

Ask the Divas segment.  God…Jillian is so ugly!

Match 2:  Sheamus vs Shelton Benjamin

Shelton comes out with his shoulder wrapped.  Sheamus starts out focussing on Shelton’s injured shoulder, but Shelton forces the action outside and is baited into the ring post.  As the action re-enters the ring, Sheamus rams Shelton’s shoulder into the post again and again.  The match turns technical, as Sheamus applies an armbar and arm DDT.  Sheamus rips off the wrapping and continues to work on the Gold Standard’s shoulder.  The crowd is absolutely dead during this match.  Shelton gets to the ropes and Sheamus continues the beating, resulting in a DQ and win for Benjamin.  As the ref is aiding Shelton back to his feet, the Celtic Warrior nails him with a big boot.

Josh Matthews interviews the Hard Dynasty in the Locker area.

Main Event: The Hart Dynasty vs Cryme Tyme

Eve is hot but she needs to quit dancing when she comes out with Cryme Tyme…she looks really idiotic.  JTG and Tyson Kidd start it off and Kidd mocks JTG.  Very nice athletic chains and counters are applied until tags bring in Shad and David Hart Smith.  Here come the power punches and high impact spots.  DH tags in Kidd and Shad fights out of the double team and sends Tyson Kidd out to the floor.  Shad jumps off the mat and hits a clothesline on both members of the Hart Dynasty, as we go to the last commercial of the evening.  Back from commercial, JTG attempts a pin on Kidd and gets a twoooooooooo.  DH gets the tag in, but cannot overpower the smaller JTG.  With the refs back turned, Tyson Kidd comes out of nowhere to dropkick JTG into the outside ringpost.  This allows DH to get his power spots in.  Respective tags get Shad and Kidd into the ring and Shad gets his power spots in on Tyson Kidd.  Kidd makes the tag and goes for the Hart Attack, but JTG grabs the leg and trips him.  Shad then hits the Thugnificent and Cryme Tyme gets the win.

This was a rather entertaining show for a Superstars airing.  Come back next week and join me again for another WWE Superstars!

Its late.  I’m tired.  This is gonna be quick.

Match 1:  Evan Bourne vs Chris Masters

This match looked like a squash until the end, when Bourne made his comeback and hit his Shooting Star Press for the win.  Raw is not doing a good job in building their midcard scene.  Masters should be in the US Title race…not losing to Evan Bourne.  Evan Bourne should be on Smackdown in the IC Title race…not beating huge guys like Masters and Jack Swagger.

Match 2:  William Regal vs Tyler Reks

Tyler Reks sucks.  He looks like he needs to take a massive duece when he walks.  Regal wins with his running knee.  After the match, Big Zeke and Kozlov hit their finishers on Reks for good measure.

Match 3: Cryme Time and Eve vs the Hart Dynasty

Good match…even with the divas involved.  Eve looks good in the ring and Natalya is good in the ring.  Natalya gets the win after Eve missed her acrobatic splash followed by a Natalya clothesline.

    See ya next week folks.

So on RAW earlier tonight we found out that Evan Bourne, Jack Swagger, and Mark Henry have all joined RAW as part of a 15 Superstar trade.  Here’s the complete list:

    Coming to Monday Night RAW:

    Jack Swagger (from ECW)
    Evan Bourne (from ECW)
    Mark Henry (from ECW)
    Alicia Fox (from SmackDown)
    Gail Kim (from SmackDown)

    Coming to Friday Night SmackDown:

    Matt Hardy (from RAW)
    Finlay (from ECW)
The Hart Dynasty – Tyson Kidd, DH Smith, and Natalya (from ECW)

    Coming to ECW:

    Shelton Benjamin (from SmackDown)
    Goldust (from RAW)
    William Regal (from RAW)
Nicki & Brie Bella (from RAW)

Somebody please tell me – what the hell was the point of the draft?  The Bellas went to RAW from SmackDown with the Draft, as did Matt Hardy.  Alicia Fox just got over to SmackDown from ECW and now she’s on RAW.  It’s ridiculous.  Ah well, whatever.  Be interesting to see if ECW is as good minus Swagger, Bourne, Henry, and the Hart Dynasty.  Shelton Benjamin is the only major SmackDown loss – and I say this because they pretty much treat Gail Kim like she’s a jobber anyway.  In fact, SmackDown will be even better with David Hart Smith, Tyson Kidd, and Natalya (who was drafted to ECW from SmackDown earlier this year in the supplemental draft, incidentally).

I just don’t see the point of this – the draft was just two months ago!

Hey everybody!  Today as I write this, I will also be remembering the King of Pop.  Although many will remember the scandals and accusations, I will choose to remember his musical greatness.  Alrighty…let’s get this thing crackin’!  Who’s Bad?!

Match 1:  The All-American American Jack Swagger against Evan Bourne

This match was awesome!  It was a Thriller…and a match of the year candidate IMO.  The ending saw Evan Bourne going for the Shooting Star Press, Swagger moved, Bourne landed on his feet, Swagger hit the Gutwrench Powerbomb for the win.

Match 2:  Dolph Ziggler vs Jimmy Wang Yang

This match was between two guys’ careers who have gone in opposite directions…shall I say they are as different as Black and White?!  Dolph Ziggler gets the win, obviously.

Triple Threat match for the United States Championship:  Kofi Kingston vs MVP vs Matt Hardy

Don’t Stop Til You Get Enough.  Matt Hardy sure didn’t stop during this match.  Hardy gutted out this match with an injury that requires surgery.  This was a good match.  Kofi gets the pin on Hardy with his Trouble in Paradise and tells him to Beat It.

RIP Michael.  Your songs will live forever with us.  From Dangerous to You Are Not Alone, and the Jackson 5 days to the present, you have entertained us emensely.  You are truly the King of Pop and your legendary performances will be missed.  Long live the King!

Hey everybody and welcome to another review of the 4th most watched weekly WWE show…WWE Superstars.  Fresh off the heels of “Extreme Rules,” what happened?

Match 1: Diva tag team match between Rosa Mendez and Beth Phoenix and the Bella Twins

I hate Diva wrestling, but the Bella Twins are HOTT!  The end of the match saw the referee Marty Alias being distracted by Rosa and one of the twins fighting on the outside and Beth hit her finisher on the other twin.  Beth Phoenix and Rosa Mendez get the win.

Is it just me, or is Superstars just really random?

After the match, there was a video package of the Batista/Randy Orton fued and showed HHH coming back to destroy Randy Orton yet again.

Match 2:  Evan Bourne against Zack Ryder.  Woo Woo Woo!

Zack Ryder is just weird.  He’s the type of guy you just want to make fun of because he thinks he is cool, but in reality he isn’t.  Doesn’t matter….he’ll be gone eventually.  Somehow he warrented a long enough match to involve a commercial break.  Anywho, Evan Bourne wins with the prettiest move in wrestling…the Shooting Star Press.  This was a pretty long match, or at least it felt long.

Main Event time:   The 9-time Intercontinental Champion, Chris Jericho against the Guru of Greatness, John Morrison.

This is yet another random match for WWE Superstars.  I like the pairing, but it makes no sense.  Jericho should be in the World Title picture, not doing IC spots.  Morrison should be the IC champ at this point in his career.  John Morrison can do anything he wants to in the ring.  He is the most athletic performer I have ever seen in a WWE ring.  The end of the match was extremely active,  as Morrison about won several times.  But in the end, Jericho gets the roll up with a tights grab on Morrison for the win.  I hope that this begins a fued, but as we have seen with Superstars in the past, it probably won’t.

The show was random as usual.  It seems like the perfect place to showcase Diva wrestling, the lower tier talent, and a main event that makes no sense to any storyline.  Alrighty then, I shall see you again next week and thank you for reading.
