Oh yeah…Superstars time!
Match 1: Chris Masters vs Santino
Santino got a huge pop when he came out. Masters gets the win with the Masterlock. Santino is pure gold though.
Match 2: Christian vs Paul Burchill
Christian is the man! Respect the champ, Peeps!!!! Zack Ryder is doing guest commentary. Apparently Ryder has tanned everyday this week. He also sent out a shoutout to his girlfriend…xoxo. Captain Charisma gets the win via the Unprettier. I know its called the Killswitch now, but it will always be the Unprettier to me.
Josh Matthews interviews Randy Orton. He says he will make John Cena suffer at HIAC and become WWE Champ yet again.
Main Event: Dolph Ziggler vs Finlay
Mr. Ziggles gets the win after an eye rake and his Zig Zag.
Thats it for this week. Check out next week. PEACE OUT!!
Apparently, I wasn’t meant to watch RAW last night. I fell asleep during the Cryme Tyme & Melina vs. Santino, Dolph Ziggler, and Beth Phoenix match, and woke up just in time to leave for work. My girlfriend tried to watch it earlier, but it looked like the DVR didn’t bother to catch the whole show either. So, despite the fact I didn’t want to do this kind of thing anymore, here’s a link to Rajah.com’s RAW results page.
Well, normally around here I do long, detailed reviews of the WWE shows (and Drowgoddess hooks you up with TNA Wrestling event coverage), but I’ve been too busy to get around to a proper review of the Royal Rumble and last night’s RAW. Since I watched both shows, and I’ve done it too many times over the course of the last 7 months, I’m not going to subject you to another “here are the results from whatever-wrestling-website.com” post. Instead, I’m going to give you the results of the shows, and my thoughts on the matches and other segments.
Ready? Draw yourself number 27 and follow me to the other side of the jump! (more…)
Oh what a joyous day! Today is Martin Luther King, Jr. day, and it’s only fitting that tomorrow morning is the inauguration of the first black president in United States history, Barack Obama. I’m counting down the hours until Dubya is gone, but for our purposes today, that’s pretty irrelevant.
Today is also joyous for another reason – Mr. McMahon returns to Monday Night RAW! It’s fitting, perhaps, that the last time Mr. McMahon was on WWE television was also the last time I had to write a review of RAW the way I’m doing tonight – I’ll be writing most of it here at home, then finishing it once I get to work. For you early adopters of the BoredWrestlingFan brand of Sports Entertainment coverage, no, the power was never turned back on at my job – in fact, the place is now out of business. I started a new job doing exactly what I was doing before – sadly for less money.
Anyways, you’re not here to read about my life (I’ve got ThinkSoJoE’s Thoughts for that!), you’re here to read about Monday Night RAW! Fear not, loyal readers, the results are after the jump! (more…)
Hey everybody, Ive got an early edition of Random Randomness this week because I have a busy weekend, so lets’ get it started: (more…)
Hello again folks. Welcome to another edition of Random Randomness. Well are you ready? No. Well I’ve got 2 words for ya: “Too Bad!” (more…)
Once again, another show that I’ve had a chance to watch, but not a chance to review, so once again, here are the WWE RAW results for December 22, 2008 from our friends at Rajah.com (after the jump, of course)! (more…)
Hey what’s up people from the land of ice and snow (or so it seems). Not much this week because I’ve had a really rough week but let’s see what I can come up with: (more…)
What’s up everyone, greetings from JTland! Time for some more randomness from inside my head. (more…)
