The founder of BoredWrestlingFan.com and it’s parent company, Fropac Entertainment, ThinkSoJoE has been a wrestling fan since he first saw WWF television in 1986 at the age of four. His first wrestling memory was Hulk Hogan on Saturday Night’s Main Event talking about getting King Kong Bundy in a cage at WrestleMania 2. Sixteen years later, he met Hulk Hogan on the eve of WrestleMania X-8. On December 9, 2013, he legitimately won a Slammy Award (Best Crowd of the Year). ThinkSoJoE currently hosts the weekly BWF Radio podcast.
We here at BoredWrestlingFan.com are saddened to hear of the passing of Captain Lou Albano. Lou’s feud with Cindy Lauper was a huge part of the growth of the World Wrestling Federation into a global organization in the early 1980’s, and over his career he’s managed over 50 wrestlers, two dozen of whom won championships. To quote the underrated band Unwritten Law, “I’m sick of my sickness.” I feel like crap right now, so my goal tonight is to do as little as possible to get through this review before I turn it over to whomever tonight’s BWF guest host will be. Chris Jericho kicks things off, explaining WWE Bragging […]

I watched SmackDown, but I was eating at the time and didn’t feel like actually reviewing the show. So, to keep up with things this week, I’m going to do a recap/thoughts column on the show. Hope you enjoy it! In ring segment: Teddy Long says that John Cena is more than welcome to join […]

I’m shocked. I just signed into twitter and saw a tweet from @wrestlingradio that said “WWE Hall of Famer “Rowdy” Roddy Piper has Terminal Cancer.” According to their article, Piper’s lymphoma has come back and it’s looking as if the WWE Hall of Famer hasn’t got much time left. I’m at a loss for words. […]
Last week, interim General Manager William Regal was pinned in a tag team match by Yoshi Tatsu. Speaking of Regal, he’s the first one out to start the show tonight, along with Vladimir Kozlov and Ezekiel Jackson. He sends his best wishes to Tiffany as she recovers from her injury. Last week, Regal was told […]
RAW kicks off, and it’s host is a World Champion from Pittsburgh – but it’s not Kurt Angle. Ben Roelithsberger comes out to some boos, saying he knows they’ve got Eagles fans in the house, but that they’ve also got Steelers fans, but tonight we’re all WWE fans. He says he’s got a surprise. It’s […]
